 Weeks after announcing Class 10 mass promotion, the education department is yet to finalize the criteria for the assessment of students. As a result, the mark-sheets for Class 10 students have not been prepared and this is likely to cause delay in reopening of schools for Class 11 students. 

On Wednesday, the state government in said in an official communique that online education for the new academic session will start from June 7.
